I attempted to make the original Fystic Quest web version, and was disappointed. MV did not like HTML5, or maybe it was the plug-ins, but either way, it felt like it was held together with duct tape. But, when I noticed that the same thing didn't happen with MZ.

So, I am happy to report that this game has so far run exceptionally smooth all the way through the Alive Forest without much hiccups. I had to do some changes due to limitations of itch.io restrictions, but the game is running very, very well.

I still recommend downloading it - there are graphics for every weapon that you just won't get to see  in the HTML5 version. But, so far everything is looking good.

EDIT: I've completed the game entirely in the HTML5 version. :D Have fun.
